Participants have to register to the Conference, and it will give them access to SAFECOMP conference and workshops.
The Conference fees include coffee breaks, lunches, all social events and the proceedings.

At least one author for each paper must register before June 20 at a REGULAR rate (even if he/she is under reduced fees conditions), attend the conference, and present the paper. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings only if the registration form and payment for at least one of the authors will be received.

The registration is a three-steps process:
Fisrt step (register for the technical visit at AIRBUS) : On thursday 26 September at 5.30 p.m. we will have a visit of the final assembly chain of the A380 at AIRBUS. There is no additional fee for this visit, it is included in the full conference registration. In order to access the site you have to complete the followin form : link to the A380-visit registration. Due to AIRBUS security policies, registration to this visit is now closed. Do not forget to bring your ID card or passport !
Second step (creation of your account): Pre-registration on the CNRS Azur Colloque platform: first enter your personal data and the registration type (regular, reduced...). Later a validation e-mail, inviting you to register, will be sent to you within 48 hours.

Third step (Payment): Once pre-registration is confirmed, registration on the CNRS Azur Colloque platform: a validation e-mail will be sent automatically; conference fees can be paid upon registration (credit card) or at a later time (bank transfer). Credit card is preferred.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds of 50% will be made if a written request is received before August 15, 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after this date. The registered delegate can be replaced by a co-author of the same paper provided that there has been a timely agreement with the conference secretariat.
