If your paper is accepted to SAFECOMP2013, please submit the final version (camera-ready):
1- Login to the submission system (www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=safecomp2013) and ensure that your name and affiliation are correct. The information you provide will go into the conference program so please make appropriate changes as soon as possible.
2 - Prepare the final version of your paper, taking into account the comments from the reviews. Please make sure you follow the Springer Proceedings formatting instructions (www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0) to avoid possible delay in the processing of your paper. Regular papers are limited to 12 pages, and practical Experience Reports and Tools to 8 pages. Please do NOT make any changes to the format e.g. fonts, margins, spacing, etc. If you are using LaTex, please do not play LaTeX tricks.
3 - You will need to submit both the final pdf version of your paper and a zipped file containing the source(s). The final file in pdf format must be submitted through easychair website (www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=safecomp2013) using the submenu « Submit a new version » in the tab corresponding to your paper. The zipped file containing all the sources (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps or bib files, or Word or rtf files) should be uploaded in the "Attachment" box under the "Paper" box. The deadline for receipt of camera-ready papers is June 6th 2013. There will be no deadline extension for this.
4 - Your manuscript has to be accompanied by a signed copyright form. One author may sign the copyrights formula on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. You can download the original copyright form from http://www.laas.fr/SAFECOMP2013/files/Copyrightlncs_Safecomp_2013.pdf. The Volume Editors are, "Friedemann Bitsch, Jérémie Guiochet, Mohamed Kaâniche". The Title of the Book or Conference Name is "Computer Safety, Reliability and Security - 32nd International Conference SAFECOMP 2013". Send back to the following email : friedemann.bitsch@thalesgroup.com. Springer accepts scanned copyright forms as well as digital signatures.
Alternatively you can send the completed Springer LNCS Copyright Form per post to: Friedemann Bitsch, Thales Transportation Systems GmbH, Lorenzstrasse 10, 70435 Stuttgart, Germany
5 - At least one author of the paper has to register at regular fee to conference (even if she/he is under reduced fees conditions) by June 20, 2013 for inclusion in the proceedings.
